Ellen Grubert has been in involved in the Boston real estate market for the past 18 years Beginning in 1988, she began selling real estate in Boston’s now trendy Southend neighborhood. She quickly established herself as one of the most enthusiastic and service oriented real estate agents in the industry and today she is one of the top producing real estate agents in the country and is in the top 4% of all of Coldwell Banker sales agents internationally and has recently been named Vice President of Residential Sales.
When you meet Ellen you will soon realize how her undergraduate background in psychology and teaching helps her to assist her buyers and sellers in making the best decisions for all of their housing needs. A graduate degree in business communications helped her to polish her strong negotiation and problem solving skills that have served all of her clients and customers well.
Janis Lippman part of Ellen’s team, is her partner in business as well as life. Janis brings many years of management experience as well as exceptional customer service. She holds a business degree from Northeastern University and is exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of New England architecture.
Ellen and Janis are known for their strong commitment to service, hard work ethic and respect for everyone that becomes part of the real estate process. They have first hand experience from having lived and worked in Boston’s Jamaica Plain and Roslindale neighborhoods for over 9 years and in the Southend for 11 years. Ellen is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) through the National Association of Realtors and Janis is a Realtor.
In addition to their real estate work, both Ellen and Janis are active participants in community service. They are board members of the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition, were founding members of the Silent Spring Institute, participated in the first Boston to New York AIDS Ride, and are supporters of the Human Rights Campaign, Community Servings and Coldwell Banker Cares.
